The tutorial today is Cupcake Wrapper Peonies. This tutorial is by Lia Griffith. She did these in pink, but toy could easily do them in any colors you wish. Cupcake wrappers are so easy to find. These would be perfect for Mother's Day, Easter, Valentines and Easter, They would be great to take to someone in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Naturally they would be also good for a birthday party, baby or bridal shower, I could also easily see these as centerpieces at a wedding.
