Decoupage tutorial - decorating candles with napkins

This is so easy to make and very easy. All you need is a candle, the napkin of your choice, some parchment paper and a heat gun.

I want to make these for gifts, for themed holiday décor. These could be done in so many ways. Because these decoupaged candles are so easy to make, you can make many in just an afternoon.

Using the Dollar Store candles and some napkins, you could make teacher's gifts, gifts for your family, or anyone else you wanted to remember in a special way !

It is Tip Tuesday. So here are some very good tips for all the card makers. These ideas make some very valid points. For example, the idea of sorting your stamps make a lot of sense. I would tend to sort them by category rather than manufacturer. That way all my flowers are in one place, Christmas, butterflies, ect.

Another tip that I really liked was the one about covering your fingers, I have messed up a card so many times, just by grabbing it with inky fingers.

So hopefully, you can take one or two of these ideas to heart in your own craft space.
